Bass and crab cakes

Caught this nice little bass on a top water frog early this morning:


Filleted, dipped in milk, coated with corn meal and into the cast iron with some olive oil:


Almost done:


Meanwhile, my wife tried a new crab cake recipe:


Add a little mac and cheese, and it was quite a meal.
