We have less than seven (7) days to voice our written opinion to our elected representatives.

  I feel this will be easily  beaten back but it will cost the ammo guys some legal fee's which will be passed along to the consumer.
They would have to impose this on fireworks if not already. (try telling Americans no fireworks on 4th July) and other flammable materials. Worst case scenario  our ammo will be packaged differently.

Most if not all smokeless powder manufacturer's have Government contracts and the added cost should be carried over to them.(of course that does carry over to us) :doh2:

I reckon I need to look into this further thanks for the link.
