Title: NAFA May Auction 2018
Post by: trapperrick on May 17, 2018, 03:58:13 AM
Anyone have any fur at this auction?

I have a few mink and they are scheduled to go on Friday the 18th.

Coyote and badger sold at good levels while fox and other wild fur were rather disappointing at this auction so far.

No, but I would be interested in seeing what some are selling for.  I will have to check it out.

Both lots of my mink that I had at the NAFA sale were bought back. The fur market is dismal these days.

Outside of the select Minnesota/Wisconsin jumbo raccoon that sold over $30.00 most remained unsold with others going for around $3.00 each. The link is below.

At those prices you wouldn't be able to pay for feed for a coon hound.

Glad my trapping days are over.  Wonder what a prime bobcat is going for?
