Could someone tell me which is a better  223 or 22-250

I never thought of it in quite that way, but I think you are correct!

there is no real answer to this question.223 is verry low recoil,inexpensive to shoot,and is a great little cartridge.The 22-250 is flatter shooting with a little more recoil and ammo is a little more expensive.All in all,they are both great varmint loads.It depends on what you are hunting and what results you want.
