Diane popped one with the FireBall Wednesday too. She was shooting about 50yds or so. She had this confirmed kill & thought she hit the 2nd one. The 221 doesn't always wreck em & leave a blood trail so maybe it made the hole to die. We'll have to wait & see on that one.

I haven't had the crosshairs on a hog in a while. Meantime, good shooting Diane.
Glen, I have some .22 caliber RBT 52g Hollow Point, Calhoon bullets that I'll send you. They call them "bubble butts". They are known for their "launching" properties. You can load them up in your .221 Fireball, or .222 Remington. They shoot really good, and should eliminate any run offs due to their explosive characteristics. I got a pile of them here. I'll send you some No Charge. So if you are interested let me know?

Heck yeah I'll give em a try!! Prolly run em thru the 222. I have some 34gr Calhoon DHP's for the 204 but they wouldn't group worth a darn in mine. Of course it was factory fodder from HSM tho.

Yep, that one is a thief.

In looking at that first picture it sure doesn't look like 9 steps from your foot to the dead groundhog. But I do realize that steps "will vary" from location to location. So good work.
