Been watching this on TV.
I'm at a loss for words. Very educational but unbelievable sobering.

The mass suicides in Saipan, my gahd how horrific.

I've been watching it too. Very graphic detailed accounts of our Fathers and Grandfathers fighting for our freedoms that are taken so lightly these days. Just imagine what the press would be saying about the casualty numbers from then if it was like that in todays wars.

I have been watching some of that too. It made me think about all of those brave men who died to keep this country free. It also reminded me that Obama is doing his best to take that freedom away.

Watching it right now as I saw this Post.  Amazing footage, the greatest generation with out a doubt.

Amazing footage...been watching it all weekend....I went to Lowes today and saw an older couple and the old guy had a veterans license plate that said DD-409 I think...and had a ballcap on that said WW2 Vet so as I walked by he and his wife looked at me and I said Go Navy and they laughed and he gave me a thumbs up haha.
