Title: lion sighting
Post by: snafu on December 03, 2017, 12:02:58 PM
An ex-coworker contacted me a few days ago. To inform me his in-laws almost hit a lion. As they were driving a county highway a few nights ago. Lion was East bound heading towards the river (10 miles away). Lion was far from any real cover. But traveling out in the open rolling hills at the time. They taunt me for sure. When I do get one, I may have to kill it twice? for the enduring torment. No, that is not beyond me I might add.  :innocentwhistle:

Lion was seen 30+ miles to my South East.

More sightings is good news.  Lion populations are increasing in my part of the world with many more sightings than in past decades.  A logging truck driver who retired last year had never seen a lion till his last few years and then he saw five.

Keep after them!
