Very relaxing morning at the swamp. This was my honey hole for wood ducks, think we need lots of rain ? Its usually filled up this time of year, this is all the water it has.

About half way across the field they started for us !! I sent the kids to the fence while I held off the herd
only to find out there's a bull. I had a stare down and got bumped twice by him. I was never so scared in my life !!!!
That's good stuff, out with the kids.
Funny how those bulls always wait till your in the middle of the pasture before they let you know their there.

What's odd there is that the cows should be just as fearless as the bulls. If they ever realize they have an average human being out weighed 20 to 1...there wont be no more just cutting through cause their only cows. :nono:
