I know it is only a meme but some schools are now providing gun training courses and arming the teachers, not sure about the library staff.

It is legal for schools and I am aware of several that have staff armed. I highly doubt, based on 35 years in education, that there will be many in the field of library science that will participate.

Where I work strictly forbids weapons of any kind on the grounds, and guess what? I have been carrying the entire 18 years that I have worked there :wink:

And if I was a teacher I would be carrying there also. Better fired than dead.
