Kinda looks like an alien spaceship mining wax to take back to their home world in the calypsian galaxy to fuel their invasion fleet.  :wo:
sometimes I wonder....is that getting closer..... then it hits me

I had a personal conflict the other day, now I'm not speaking to myself.... I'm getting lonesome

I met the girl of my dreams, I was the man of her dreams too.....she used the term "nightmares" though.

Good guess and one out in the stratosphere. I will say coyote101 is pretty close. It is a multi-faced or polyhedral sundial, with 29 gnomons (the parts that cast shadows), this device demonstrates the craftman's interest in solving intricate puzzles, rather than any practical application of his knowledge.

I don't think that it gets much sunlight in that case.
