Jim i am having fire wall issues with adobe at this time and cant read any of them sights
like your link.

If you just click it, it will try to open Adobe via the web. If thats giving you problems, then just right click it, and save as...
Then you can look at it locally.

Whats locally? On your own computer without being on the web or through an internet browser.
