Silencer, those are great pictures.  I love that eastern ledge terrain with the "pour offs" as my Arkansas granny called little water falls.  The one in your photo has built up a massive amount of ice.

you're very welcome, I do know of some massive formations I need to get some pic's of before winter season is over.  That'll give me something to do this weekend while out hunting.

Take the photos while the ice is there.  All of the massive ice formations we had before Christmas around here melted long ago, before I got photos I intended to take of the super tall ones in the Fraser Canyon.  Now we have daffodils budded in our yard, on the verge of opening their blooms.  They are trucking snow for the Olympic events past my house as we are just down the road a piece from the Olympics.   We have warm spring weather rather than winter.  I'll bet the Olympic committee never has a winter event in a temperate coastal climate again, nor holds any ski events at a place named "Cypress".

Anyway, just wanted to encourage you to take more pics of the ice!
