Largest group of turkeys I have ever seen numbered in the hundreds. We were on our way to a muzzleloader deer hunt in northeast Oregon, north of the town of Elgin. Came around a corner in the road and looked off into a pasture. First thought was there were a LOT of sheep out there. Then realized those weren't sheep, but turkeys. Half mile down the road and had to stop to let another hundred or so clear the road. Never have seen that many turkeys outside of a turkey farm.
