Yeah Jim it is. Some places have no fence at all just a pile of rocks with a sign that says: "International Border", other places have re-enforced steel and concrete barriers that are 8' feet tall. Makes no sense at all but it must be working because our politicians and Homeland Security Secretary say it is and we all know how smart they are.
