Never seen that before. Is that a 4 way stop.

Hawks Feather

I think that marks the center of town.

Kind of cool I bet the little ones really get a kick out of it.
You can't beat that small town Christmas feeling.

Yep, thats pretty much the center of town. The white building on the right at the end of the road is the end of town.  :laf:
It's a four corner Dan but not really a four way stop. The only only stops are left and right as I'm facing it there.

Small town? Uh huh :laf: The entire town is a grand total of 0.81 sq miles. And actually .004 miles of that is water.

Sometimes, it's not the fault of the people who got lost. Sometimes, it can be traced back to the individual giving the directions.  :innocentwhistle:
sometimes I wonder....is that getting closer..... then it hits me

I had a personal conflict the other day, now I'm not speaking to myself.... I'm getting lonesome

I met the girl of my dreams, I was the man of her dreams too.....she used the term "nightmares" though.

ROFLMAO!  :alscalls: :alscalls:  No! actually there's still people missing.
This isnt my home town where you two wiseguys were anyway. This is a lil river town 15 minutes away where I do my hunting and fishing. My brother lives there etc.

I'd take small town over large city any day. Most often the people are friendlier & one can gain hunting area info rather quickly. Especially at the local town restaurant. Where the farmers/ranchers tend to gather in the early am.

Just noticed this thread.  I REALLY like that pic, not sure why.  Good vibes.

Years ago when my younger son was in HS he and I were hunting unfamiliar country.  Someone told us about a herd of elk in a field outside the town of Sayward so we drove there.  No trace of a town along a highway through forest, so we turned down a  side road 200 yards following a sign pointing to a gas station.  The station was tightly surrounded by unbroken forest.  As we filled up I asked the attendant how to get to Sayward.  He looked embarrassed and replied, "You're in it."

That would be amusing Okanagan   :laf:
