Kid said he never saw him on trail cameras, showed up out of nowhere and started hooking a sapling 30 yards in front of him!

That's a humongous whitetail!  Wonder what he weighed when field dressed.

 My nephew that's a federale that just moved out to Texas said he is raring to go after some mule deer and elk out there. He just bought a 6.5 Creedmore with a 6 to 24 power scope for those wide open  spaces,  it's like a whole different planet out there compared to New Hampshire and Vermont.
