The only reason the US team did not win was because I retired...........

I remember reading about an international match from around 1870/80 where the irish would have won the contest with their muzzle loaders over the USA Sharps but the last Irishman to shoot at 1200 yds shot the wrong target but hit it in the bullseye. :doh2:
