I was just bichin about that tonight at the neighbors (who works with me). I said you guys all get vacation days and I get nothing till I been there for 10 years. I need a damn break...I'm going crazy.

BUT....we do get 10 or 12 days off and paid for 4th of July shut down. Thats how they get away with it.
