I sat down and did my taxes tonight.
Looking at my taxes from last year, my gross income went down $20,000 from last year.
I cant even begin to tell ya how much that pisses me off.
Same company, same job, same god damn parking spot.

I think the average gross annual income for middle class America is around 40,000.
So based on those stats. I lost half a years wages.

I'm still looking at it shaking my head.

how did it go down that much? no Overtime? I do not remember what you do for a living.

im hoping the mortgage rates drop a bit more. kicking myself for not diving in on the 3.5 that was around a couple years back.

That makes sense. The less you make the higher the taxes. After all, someone needs to pay for the illegals prepaid credit cards, cell phones, and service.
