Our latest bout with Mother nature pretty much crippled us up here.

..........for 45 minutes or so :eyebrownod:

I wanted to get some pics before we got it all cleaned up at work, but I was a little behind.

This first one is actually a shot from the inside of the building, looking out through an overhead door. The snow is almost 4 foot deep, which is barely below the window in the door. The black spots are burns in the plexiglass window from welders. Check out that snow drift out there  :yoyo:

Halfway done cleaning her up........took this pic. The worst part about this (minor) snow dump was it rained for close to 14 hours before it started snowing, and then after the snow we got slammed with 15 to 20 below windchills. Not a real good recipe for good times.  :nono:

Another one of the O.H. doors not dug out yet. These windows are close to 4 1/2 - 5 foot to the bottom of the glass.

Woo!! thats just to much snow for me, we need the moisture down here but don't want it that way. You guys be careful when out on the road. CC

It's snows like that, that inspired me to buy a snowblower I nicknamed "Goliath".  -All the neighbors made fun of me as they followed their little bitty snowblowers up and down their drives..."Hey Dave, is your snowblower big enough?" LOL! Then the big snows came!  Their Hondas and Simplicity's were no match for the 3 foot plus snow. :eyebrow:  They watched on in awe as Goliath lumbered along clearing the my drive and sidewalks in record time.  Yeah, I ended up doing all of their drives (a bunch of Ford and Chevy owners who would have been stranded). :laf:  -Let them know that my Dodge Ram 4x4 was on call if they got stuck in their driveways.  :alscalls:

  I must be doing something wrong Dave. I have a Chevy but no snow blower. Guess I never realized I needed a snow blower with a Chevy in the driveway.  :nono: :nono:

Glen, you might have a nice neighbor who can take his Dodge and get out to get you a snowblower.. So you can clear your driveway and free that Chevy.  Around here, a stiff frost will bring a Chevy to a halt.  :alscalls:  Atleast that's what I tell my neighbor.  I suppose I shouldn't make fun of Chevy's and GM's being that as a tax payer, I basically own the company? :wo:

HaMeR

:laf: :laf:  Yeah I bought my Chevy BEFORE they became HnC Motors!!  :laugh2: :laugh2:

I need to get a snow plow for Rubi.   Been talking about it for years but never got round to it.   :nono:

Looks like you got more than a minor snow.  But you are ready for snows like that.  Send that one to a southern state and it will be spring before we hear from anyone.
