Guys I finally found these pics on an old hard drive and wanted to
share them with you here... this was a long time ago but it still all
seems like it was yesterday. There have been many changes in all of
our lives since these photos were taken but I think it shows what we
will always be... hunters and friends at least in this moment of time.

This was our first trip to the LBL. Katiebug and I drove through a
blizzard leaving Illinois to be there. I wouldn't have missed it for
anything and will always cherish the memories and friends made
there...
Cool!! Thanks for sharing.
Jim
Well I recognize Jimmie and Brent, but not sure who the rest are.
None the less cool pics.
This was our second hunt there. Bob Livesay and Katy hit it off real big as I remember it.
Our own Roundman was admiring a rifle Crit'r brought to sell . One of the finest examples of bdl you will ever see set up for coyote hunting in 243 cal.
Bob Topp ( Kytimberman) and Gunsmith were in on the map reading class. Bob had started huntign with me that fall before the hunt and was catching on real quick to the use of airial photos in scouting.
Wayne P at the chili pot. His hobby was feeding the striped kitty's in camp on friday afternoon :eyebrownod: And turning the rest of us into striped kitty's after supper :nono:
Last pic is me, Brian (Ilcoyote) Keekee, Waynep, Stan the man, and Jeremy Lawhorn. Jimmie
Looks like Baxter with the empty chili bowl. :laf: :laf:
We gotta get Jimmy a new wig this year. Thats all there is to it. :doh2:
OOOOOOHHHHH yea forgot about that electric caller that nikonut gave us. And all that money that was been donated thru the years.
Jimmie gets a new wig and I won't be able to recognize him in the crowd.
Plus I like his Mayberry look. Even kinda resembles ole Gomer in the last pic. :yoyo:
QuoteOOOOOOHHHHH yea forgot about that electric caller that nikonut gave us.
I was wondering if anyone would catch that Brian! I know how much you and Stan like those electronics!!!!!
You guys shoulda been hunting at night that weekend. Looks like one slinking in next to the cabin up there. I bet he's checking out the chili to see if it smells like kin. :laf: :laf:
That was Stan and Brians little buddy. They hauled that sucker around up there for two years before they decided it was to much. They use howling and he was the decoy. First time I saw them he was clamped down on top of Brians tool box in the back of hte truck riding like a pet dog. Those boys have one hell of a sense of humor .
An I aint a changin' my toup for nobody .TTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHH . :finger: Jimmie
