I'd say some type of a casting bubble for fishing a fly with a spinning rod
You got it Mr. Dave! They are called Bombardas, they come in different sizes and weights and densities. Those are floating, slow sinking and super slow sinking. They cast like crazy and are just about invisible in the water. They mostly started in Italy and they use them to fish for sea trout. I use them a lot for trout fishing, they are perfect using lures, power bait or any kind of dry or wet fly. I use them for bass fishing too they work great if you fish from shore a lot. Im a fan of the casting bubbles too.
