The one on the left is my first gun ever, given to me by my father, a Remington 514 .22 and the other was given to my my oldest brother, RIP, a Daisy .22...lot of memories there.

It is nice to have guns like this that bring back good memories. Cherish them, keep the kids informed about them, and they will carry on your love of them.
And they still hunt!
You cant go wrong with a .22!

Quite true. You can even keep a Grizzly from eating you if you have a .22. All you have to do is shoot someone else in the knee and keep running. :innocentwhistle:
I was spring turkey hunting with my brother once and there was a big black bear in front of us and one behind us and I leaned over and whispered that to him and he was laughing ha ha
I've got Dads old Revelation in 222. That rifle weighs a ton and so does the trigger but she'll still shoot a'plenty!! Them's some nice rigs ya got there nasty!! :highclap: :highclap:
When I was a kid I dreamed about a 222 for a woodchuck hunting but could never afford one!
Dads old 222 killed a ton of groundhogs over the years! I hope to stop a couple coyotes with it this Winter.
Now you're making me want to get one again 💰💰💰💰
:yoyo: :yoyo: Do it!! Coulter did & shot a coyote at LBL after he sighted it in on the LBL shooting range.
