Title: My Easy fish skinner
Post by: Hidehunter on April 15, 2013, 03:46:05 PM
My mom got me this tool up in the Amish country when I was a kid. Been usen it for years and it works like a charm everytime. I have never heard of anybody else using one and Im wondering if its a common thing. I was fixing some trout for supper and had my wife film me usen it real quick.

I like it! :yoyo:
I wouldnt get much use out of it though only but for trout cause we typically cook those whole.
Anything else it's faster for me to flip the fillet over with the skin still attached to the carcass and sweep the fillet right off the skin.

I've never seen one either.  Very cool.
