Title: Reloading manual
Post by: trailtwister on September 25, 2016, 09:10:44 AM
Does any one own a Speer # 14 manual? I have been using  the RED LOADS in the # 11 manual for a while now. But I was the SR4759 Powder I use has been discontinued.
I had also heard the new Speer # 14 had RED LOADS using a different powder.
If you have a # 14 manual could you please peek in the 22 cal. section and see if they have RED LOADS using a different powder than SR4759.

I hate to spend $30.00 for a manual that doesn't have the information I want.

I have the speer #14 reloading data manual. I assume RED LOADS are reduced loads. The speer 14 manual lists a starting load and maximum load. I did see AA5744 powder listed for reduced loads in some of the 22 caliber rounds.

Hope this helps

Yes that helps, thank you. Guess I'll go buy a new manual.

You can never have too many manuals.
