Barry likes to give me a hard time for going out fishing and not keeping the fish LOL. I just like being out there bass fishing it's an addiction. But last Saturday I actually went and got some groceries. Brought home a nice little batch of freezer fodder in a short amount of time.

Crappies colorful cousins - Bluegill. And they do taste great. Roll them in a little flour, toss them in a hot skillet with some oil, and enjoy.
Thanks Jerry.
They look like they would be tough to keep inside a picket fence.
Mighty fine on the table and fun to catch.

'TRUE' Use to catch them by the bucket full, cook them as Jerry said, sit on the bank with your buddy and a case of cold beer on a hot summer day. I surely miss those days.
