Man that looks really gooooooood!...but someone left out one of the ingredients. Whats that white stuff milk I'm assuming?

youre assuming wrong.  i never leave out ingredients to a recipe, lol. the white stuff is the cobbler batter. the milk,sugar and flour combined to make a batter the consistency of a cake mix.

it might also be the sugar coating the berries.
