Dad always said "It aint braggin if you can back it up."  And besides,, we prefer the term "sharing" in this little corner of the web.

I really like looking at the pics and hearing the stories.   I especially like hearing of your hunts and how you go about things.   I realize you hunt mostly out West but I'm sure lots of your experiences will apply to the East too and help us all be better coyote hunters.

Thanks for sharing.

I too enjoy hearing of your coyote hunting experiences.  Keep them coming!!  Like the photos too!

You can't kill 'em from the recliner!!

"No brag, just fact."  Walter Brennan's line in the TV series The Guns Of Will Sonnet.

So just keep the facts a comin'!     Oh Yeah, & the pictures too!  :eyebrow:

Hi Danny,

If you guys are interested in more I toyed with making a trailer to promote the museum for FP.
Go to this link and select

Predator Callers Museum video to see more of some of the Pioneers Danny knew.

Aslo the CSDv video has more of the same.

Danny’s Museum will grow and grow.
Silver City was a great event.

Howdy Jay, You're to young to be my uncle  but old enough to drink beer with me lol. These guys need to know that you have donated alot to the museum. I've said it before, it's what you can give back to the sport we all love so much and Jay has given alot. God bless ya buddy. Now I got to go check out those sights.

Uncle Jay, those pictures are great.  Danny has the look of a great predator hunter, as do the others.  Thanks for sharing with us.

Those pictures are great!   :congrats:   Good to see some of the history of the sport.   And to think those guys killed bazillions of coyotes without a $600 e-caller, $200 worth of camo, and a $1500 semi auto spray and pray gun.   :bowingsmilie:   Makes a guy want to rethink things a bit.    :wo:

I'm sure Danny has met quite a few of these fellows.
The events back then was playtime but the events held after the contests were over down right serious.
The social atmosphere back then were much different than the last 20 years.

I think it was 1974 when I was in the same bowhunting camp with Jim Dougherty in Colorado.  What a great guy he was then and I promise he is still the same.  One hell of a bowhunter too.  We were hunting out of John Lamicq's camp in the Roan Creek area not too far from Debeque.
