Don't get mad, just laugh. It makes the award as important as a Cracker Jack prize. Giving this award to Hussein and knowing when the voting took place just cheapens the award.

I think I had heard that he had been in office just over a couple of months when the vote took place. As has been said, the award is looked upon as a joke by many people. That being said, I am wondering if he is going to share the wealth of the money (1.4 million dollars) that goes along with that award.
