Not entirely true......I couldn't sleep with her driving anyway.  :doh2: :innocentwhistle:
sometimes I wonder....is that getting closer..... then it hits me

I had a personal conflict the other day, now I'm not speaking to myself.... I'm getting lonesome

I met the girl of my dreams, I was the man of her dreams too.....she used the term "nightmares" though.

Bumping down a logging road last evening gave a view of a pretty good sunset.  Hate to say it but would have rather seen a buck.    In the first pic light fog hangs along the river course in the bottom of the valley.

FinsnFur

Very nice. I love that second one  :yoyo:

Mt. Baker Washington this morning.  Wind is whipping snow that is backlit by the sun before it peeks over the mountain.

If it were a volcano I think someone would have taken the picture through their rear view mirror.

Looks like a volcano :eyebrow:

Good one!   :doh2: :alscalls:

To make sure everyone is following the humor, Mt. Baker IS a volcano.  It shoots up hot steam out of a big crack in the rocks near the summit, and we see the steam vent on many days.  These pics were taken with a point and shoot camera out our kitchen window, to give some idea of how close we are to the mountain.  I just hope it blows the other direction the next time it lets go a big one.   :whew:

A couple of pics of steam coming out near the top of the mountain.  Backlit by sun makes it look like flames.

Dave

Great pics and thanks for the extra info on Mt Baker
