1 Lb sausage
1 green pepper
1 onion
6-7 taters
6 eggs

Fry the sausage in a skillet, I use the ol trusty cast iron one, then remove but leave the grease. Dice or slice the taters and fry them in the left over grease. Dice and add the pepper and onion. You might have to add a little oil depending on your choice of sausage. Once taters are almost done, move them to one side of the skillet and scramble the eggs on the other side. After the eggs are done bring the sausage back in and mix it all up.

We usually eat this for breakfast while camping in a wrap with a little cheese. Good stuff and it will feed several. You can adjust the amount of ingredients to suite.

How come it's called Ship Wreck? Because the outhouse door looks like it went through a hurricane??
