We're going through some major flooding up here. Flood stage for the Mississippi in our pool is 16 feet. It's at 21 while I type this expected to get to 22 by Thursday. It's not a good situation for people in the lowlands.
I launched the kayak in a cornfield Saturday and landed this Sow in the woodline. And it was the only one that was interested. Water was 52° ..2 to 3 ft deep over the corn stubble. Pretty interesting kayaking though lol

Good job. :yoyo: Taste like chicken?
Well, now you can say that you have done something that many will never do - fish a corn field and catch a fish there. :highclap: :highclap: :highclap:
Wish we could get some of that water down here. Mandy and her family are up north fishing for trout.
Nice fish :yoyo:
I wish the sun would shine :iroll:
I have got to get out on that water some more or I'm gonna lose my...I say I'm gonna lose my mind. :doh2:

I'll trade some of our sunshine for your water. It's as dry out here as a popcorn fart in church!
I wish I could John. I wish I could make that happen.
