While hunting in ME last year, we ran across some maple syrup operations. A friend of mine has a commercial syrup operation here in WV but I have never seen lines that large or a sap collection tank as huge as the ones here in ME.

That is some BIG TIME collection. Any idea how many trees they tap into to make that operation profitable?

No clue but it has to be thousands. My buddy does at least 1500 and sells maple syrup by the 55 gal drum as well as by gallons and quarts https://cedarrunfarm.com/

"cinnamon and vanilla infused maple syrups" now that sounds interesting.

I've never tried any of the infused syrups. I do use the maple on 'bout everything. Pancakes, waffles, vanilla ice cream, vanilla yogurt, in oats, on cereal, on ham, chicken, sausage, cottage cheese, sometimes a shot of it in coffee or tea. I get it by the gallon so I get the bulk discount.
