My first attempt went pretty well. Ground venison, onion, sweet peppers, mushrooms, cheddar, smoked gouda, and mozzarella cheeses wrapped in a bacon weave.
Three hours on the smoker with some apple wood and a BBQ sauce glaze:

It turned out pretty good :thumb2: and I'll be doing some experimenting with different ingredients in the future.
