Whats good and what aint?
I wanna do some crock pot experimenting and I've never used liquid smoke before.
I don't use it anymore but I will offer this advice, use it VERY sparingly, it is strong. :puke:

Yeah, I've eaten stuff before where the cook says..."I used a little bit too much liquid smoke". :laf:
I always use it in Jerky but thats it...Never tried it with anything else.
Does anyone have a favorite, or is one better then another? ...or are they all the same :shrug:
