How do you use a clam for bait? If you aren't a woman.
Open a clam n stick a hook in it.... Not to be confused with the bearded clam that is a whole nother story 😂😂😂😇

So now you have a hook inside armor and how does that hook a fish? I'll admit I know nothing about clams.
U shuck the clam out of its shell and then use it for bait.

My BIL had a friend from Saskatchewan visit him where he lived on the Straits between Vancouver Island and the US. They drove around, seeing the sights and passing roadside fruit stands and crab markets, etc. Finally after three days of this the man from Saskatchewan blurted out, "Who IS this George Duck?"
I think I saw a TV show on them once, they get ginormous!
Same brother, time for some fish chowda!

What kind of fish are those in the white tub thingy?
The dark colored ones are Black Seabass, delicious eating, and the smaller white colored ones are either called porgy or we call them scup.
How many species of fish are there?

'Bout a zillion.
Plus, I discovered when I started fishing off of an ocean pier that when I caught a fish and asked what it was, I'd get up to half a dozen names for it. :laf:
3.......... :innocentwhistle:

Ain't that the truth. We have a local fish restaurant that will occasionally have sea bass. They have a standing order to call me whenever it is on the menu.
I was told the politically correct name for them is seabass of color..... :innocentwhistle:
