any one know where I can get a manual for a complete tear down of a Marlin39a? I just accuired one and need to tear it down 100% and give it a good going over. I have looked around and havnt found what I am looking for.

Let me check out a gunsmilthing course I have at the house and see if that model is in there. If it isn't I bet it is in one of the books I have.

I saw on gunbroker a DVD that covered the 39a but they want too much for it. may have to break down and get it but would rather see what I can come up with here. Gun ain't even in my grubby little hands yet. Should be here by Wednesday

Centerfire if you have any gunsmithing info on a 39a I would like to see what you have.
