Has anyone here built an AR pistol and used the sig brace? Adding the brace and not having to do the SBR stamp might be worth looking into.

this just came in today may want to take a look at it before investing heavily in this...

What I read is that the gun was submitted with a vertical grip attached. That would make it an SBS which in turn would make it illegal without a federal stamp. Had the shotgun been submitted without the grip it would have been no different than a AR pistol, right?

didn't read it all the way through as I have no use for a short barreled rifle/pistol... I like mine with 16" and longer barrels...

I like the idea of the Sig Brace. You can have a short barrel AR with out any stamps. This way you can have it concealed, in your vehicle, and cross state lines where you have reciprocity and not break any federal law. Thinking of going this route myself.
