A friend and I decided to hit the woods this afternoon and see if we could get a few squirrels. The hunting started off pretty slow, but picked up nicely in the last half hour before sunset.

My friend Roy is a retired Command Sergeant Major, a Vietnam and Gulf War veteran, and a great guy to hunt with.

Shotguns or rimfires?
Roy had a shotgun and I had a .22 (Marlin/Glenfield Mod. 60) We're going to do it again in a few days and may reverse roles on the guns. Or, maybe not........I really like hunting them with a .22.
