I bought this set of three howlers a few months ago.  Since the tone boards looked a little different than some others I had I decided to modify them with a Dremel tool.  My modifications were crude and unsuccessful to say the least.   :doh2:  I found the Quaker Boy e-mail address on the packaging.  I explained that I had attempted to modify the calls and asked for a price for replacing the ruined tone boards.  I recieved this response to my e-mail:

Jim, Thank you for buying Quaker Boy and being honest. Tongues, stoppers and reads are being sent via slow mail. Since I'm to busy to hunt, kill one for me as my motto is the only good coyote is a dead one.

Today I recieved the replacement parts at no cost.   :congrats:  Can't beat that for customer support.  Thanks Bob!  Now I just need to kill one for you.

Jim
You can't kill 'em from the recliner!!

Quaker Boy is a fine company, and they make some nice calls.  The money this transaction cost them can't compare to the good they did to their customer service reputation.  Leave that Dremel tool alone, Frogman. Ribot, ribot. :roflmao:

Try a closed reed howler Jim, I think you will like em and then you can sing right along with Dave and those Fox pro thingies you guys have.
