My friend Casey (kcb346) came to LBL for several years, but has missed the past few. He will be coming again this year and wanted me to see if anyone would be interested in him bringing his BBQ smoker.
This thing is huge, it will hold something like forty Boston butts. He isn't going to supply the meat, but is willing to fire it up one day and cook for anybody who wants him to. If he brings it, I am going to get him to cook a butt and a chicken or two and take the meat home with me. Chicken, Boston butt, turkey, brisket, it's all good.
