Lets see em.
We watched it at work through the maintenance mans welding helmet. It worked great. :eyebrow:
I tried to take a pic through the helmet of it with my Android, but it just look like a bright light. It wouldnt show the moon covering part of it.
None here. I was busy with some other work.

I have some but got to resize them to post to the site
Whats the hold up? :innocentwhistle:
I can resize a directory with up to 50 images in it, in around 13 seconds. ;yes;
Looking forward to slagmaker's pics. I didn't try to take any. I didn't have any special glasses etc. and the news said that taking pics without special filters would fry a camera. Figured others would take photos better than any I would take and I'd look at theirs. Some good NASA stuff online.
I was in the totality for 2 minutes 2 seconds. When I took my solar glasses off it was simply awe inspiring. What a sight! In my location we have another total eclipse on April 8, 2024. That one is supposed to be over 3 minutes in duration. Hope I'm around to see it!
Didn't see a thing here. Was supposed to have 85 % darkness, but it never happened . Just a few clouds . Never even saw the moon. :wo:
OK what's the best way for me to post some pics
I am doing all this from my Android so it is a bit of a PITA
This is a pic of me showing people how to project a solar image.
This is a solar projection about a half hour before totality. You can't see it in this pic but there was a sunspot group visible in the projection
This is a sample of the Cresent shadows. It got way better after totality but this was all I got of that
This is a pic of totality taken with my cell phone looking through my scope.
The differnce between what my eye could see and what camera can see is phenomenal. This pic doesn't do the real thing justice
That last picture is pretty amazing!
As semp said, in 2024 the centerline of totality will be only a couple miles to the west of my home. So here's prayers that the Lord is willing to allow me to see it.
Yah the last one is a doozy
Love the last image.

Eclipse 2024... come see what's behind the light.
