I took this picture today of a sunken ice fishing shanty, today is the last day to have them off the ice, this owner will get a daily fine until it is removed:

 I reckon they are waiting until the ice is gone and then float it  in with a boat.

Geez, by the looks of the open water how could he not see this coming. But then again maybe he's ill, or having some sort of other life issues.
