Is that a chain link fence you are setting on?  Are they going under?  What is the scenario there?  Where are they going or what are they after?

One section of the fence is chain link. They run a creek bank that's just out of the picture. There are areas of the fence that's a few inches off the ground and they had a highway under it.The farm is full of sheep and the coyote have a hard time not coming in and taking a look see.
