this is another good one to take to getogethers.  this was originally moms recipe buy I tweaked it to my liking.

1lb of imitation crab meat.
1 block of philly cream cheese.
lemon juice
old bay
dill weed
milk
chipotle tabasco sauce
2 boxes of crackers.  I use ritz, chicken'n a biscut, wheat thins in rasted garlic and parmasean basil

break apart 1 lb of crap meat by hand

then take about 3 or so shots of lemon juice about a half cup of milk and cream cheese and put into the crab meat.

use a hand mixer and blend till it is broken up into slivers

add more milk if the dip is to thick.

I add about a tablespoon of chipotle tabasco and about a tablespoon of dill weed to counteract the sweetness.

chill for a hour or two and then eat.

because the real crab meat does not work as well.  mom has a hot crab dip that uses real crab meat.
