I don't see any rotating banner's. Are they gone or just a problem on my end?

Just kiddin. The company that made the old script for rotating the banners kinda went a different direction and made them tough to deal with....for a lot of people. I just havent found anything to replace it with that I feel content with, or worth the extra money....yet.
