Also here in a few years I hope to begin my quest for the Grand Slam. Anybody else ever want to try that?

I've always wanted to do that.

Well, when it's time for your Gould's Turkey I know the spot.  Southern Arizona, area 35
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

A friend's backyard.  But we are not allowed to hunt it as Game & Fish has entered into an agreement with him to trap and release them into some of the other mountain ranges here in southern Arizona.  But not to fear I know of other places here in the Huachuca Mountains that hold plenty, the hard part is drawing a tag.

When they come for mine they better bring theirs

Thats a nice lookin Tom for sure!! I bet he booms!!

There's a farm I've hunted since I was old enough to keep up with Dad,, altho I think he walked slower when we were little  :laf: ,, that ODNR netted turkeys on to relocate them. They netted a ton of birds off that farm. I'm grateful they did that too. I wasn't aware of the tag draw so I need to do some serious homework on that yet. Thank You for bringing that to my attention!

I went to check in a turkey once and the fish cop asked for my license and I could not find that thing for the life of me tore just about every single thing out of the back of it couldn't find it and then realized it was right in the pocket of my hunting shirt he was just a laughing.

He said I wasn't worried I figured if you didn't have a license you probably wouldn't bring the turkey in to register it.
