My sister and her husband have this little owl that's been hanging around the house for quite a long time. They have him pretty well tamed by throwing him scraps of meat. He likes little hamburger balls chicken beef etc. Cute lil feller:

I really like owls. But then I like most birds except for starlings and blue jays.
I get the Blue Jays into an uproar with my fox pro caller :innocentwhistle:
Cute little feller! Looks a lot like our variety of tiny pygmy owl here in the rain forest, but the one in your pic is bigger.
Jays sure do go nuts about predator calls, but many kinds of birds come in to check out what is going on. I've had quite a few owls come to various distress calls for predators, and for some reason, barred owls come to my cow moose in heat calls. :shrug:
I can't keep the red tail hawks off me up here when rabbit squealing ha ha.
