Duck Opener

Our duck season opened up yesterday morning. And I didnt realize it until I got to my favorite honey hole at 5:30 in the morning. Thinking I'd have the whole place to my self to throw for some bass, peaceful and quite as the day began to taker her first breaths.

There was 14 trucks tucked into the woods back there waiting for the sun to come up right along with me

I remember year before last I think it was, there was shot falling out of the sky into the water around me after some of the shooting in the distance.

Anyone been out, bagging any?

That would be a slight surprise if ya weren't  ready for it. 
I haven't duck hunted for alotta years now, I think ours is like
from  Sept 17 - 21 and again from Oct 15 - Dec 8.
