I ride a Honda Rubicon and I gotta agree with Ben.  That Honda is bulletproof.   :yoyo:

I have a 2006 Sportsman, I have crashed it, rolled it (many times) sunk it (many times) and submerged it for 5 hours one time. I plow with it, skid trees and every other thing I can do with it. The only thing EVER that went wrong was it jumped timing one day. Mind you it was -20 that week, so I didn't let it on fire. Got it fixed and continue to beat it. Love the Polaris!!

Ben, come up to NH and I will show you how to ride! Right after I take you to Bill's house and you pick up a WT. Bring lotsa ammo as you will need it!!!   :highclap:

Ben, I gave you my number a while back, you can call anytime to B.S. and stuff.

I use mine as a boat somtimes check it out.  and I made it back to shore also.

I rolled it only once and would rather keep it that way.  never sunk it that it wasn't running.  but I do a good bit of jumping and wheelies with mine which doesn't seem too hard on em but you bottom it out a good bit with a fatass like me on your back and see how you feel.   :laf:  can you even get your front end up?  I heard the popos need viagra to get it up.

yeah I think ya did send me your phone number but i do not have it.  send me another pm.  I would like to meet bill sometime but doubt it will be anytime soon.  I am heading to kentucky in june to ride quads.

Where abouts in KY, Ben?   East or West?

weedwalker

There's an ATV campground in Hyden, Ky. And miles & miles of mountain trails to ride.
We have tried a Foxpro on those trails. Have not had the oppurtunity to try a WT or Minaska.
Just trying to stay on topic.

Frogman

Yeah,

I'm pissed off at Ruger.  First they copied the Colt Single Action.  They also copied the M-14 and miniaturized it into the Mini-14.  Then just recently they did it again and copied the Kel-Tec P-3AT and called it the LCP.  I would think there would be patent infingement or something here???  I guess they are just after a fast buck??  Let someone else do the R&D!!

If you don't take a gun you'll probably be the only person there without one.

Not to divert your FP/WT thread, but thats a perty cool video Ben.  ;yes;

bigben

thanks todd
the OP diverted it so it is all cool todd.  LOL yeah I just put a stealth snorkel on my honda and had to try it out.  the intake is now up in under the meter on the handlebars.  so don't try this with a stock machine.  it was pretty cool though.  when I first got it I backed into a hole and those guys said bail dude your gonna flood it I said no I aint.  shoulda bet em.

here are some all my videos.  gonna get another one put together after this weekend also.

I watched a guy cross up here, and you couldn't see anything but his upper half and the snorkel sticking out of the front. His snorkels and he had two sticking up? Came up through the front rack, and had about a foot to 18"'s exposed. He was a big ole fella cause I think if I was on that machine it would have enough bouncy from the tires to just roll me on over. My best guess was he was on the bottom, with about 4 inches of snorkel showing. I still don't know how it can be done, but I'm not a mechanic.

But bet your top $$$ if I get one it'll have a snorkel.

Maybe we should start another post and let the FP/WT fellers play here.  :innocentwhistle:

bigben

if jim wants to split this off go ahead aint gonna hurt my feelings.

went riding all weekend.  had to fish my buddies griz out of the creek and then tow him back to the parking lot.  last time we rode was when I rolled it back in august of last year.  he told me if I woulda been riding a griz it wouldn't have rolled on me.  a couple laughs then.  on friday when we were loading his quad onto my truck to drive it back to his camp after towin his soggy bike filled with milk shake back to the trailhead I told him he could either ride a honda or be towed back by one.  a STFU ben was thrown my way with a chit eatin grin on his face and said no biggie atleast it was in clean water.  he just texted me saying he flushed his quad out 4 times and it is good as new.  best part was it was a quad he bought for his wife and he was more worried about her finding out about it rather then actually sinkin the bike.
